Come join us for an evening of joyful celebration and mindful compassion! We will be weaving Ahimsa throughout a couples Hatha yoga practice. The postures and meditations will reflect the Five A’s; the basis of Ahimsa. No previous yoga experience is required.
Our yoga practice continues with a five course vegan meal, prepared in love and kindness as a reflection of the principles of Ahimsa.
